Invitation Letter

Invitation letter:
If you require an invitation letter please write at the following e-mail address: domes@promoflorenceevents.com
We will provide to send you a letter by mail in which we will inform about your interest to take part to the congress.
Please note that before to receive the invitation letter, we need to receive the payment of the Congress Fee.

Only for VISA requests:
The Organizing Office can help participants with the visa by issuing invitation letter and voucher that will be prepared once the registration and complete payment will be received. Send the following information to the e-mail address visas@promoflorenceevents.com :

- Complete Name and Last Name (as in the passport)
- Number of the Passport and validity (and .pdf or .jpeg copy of valid passport)
- Date and Place of Birth
- Dates of permanence in Florence
- Name of the University

If you need to receive the original documents for the Embassy please write us at visas@promoflorenceevents.com

If you are a group of participants coming to the same University please contact us in order to send you a document to be filled in order to write a unique letter of invitation to be sent to the Embassy.

All changes to the invitation letter will be charged 25,00€.
