Rates for all kinds of participation:

Early Registration Fees (until December 31, 2011):

- Fee: 490,00 euro (VAT included)

- Fee: 390,00 euro (VAT included) – reduced fee for students < 30 years

Standard Registration Fees (from January 1, 2012 to February 29, 2012):

- Fee: 590,00 euro (VAT included)

- Fee: 490,00 euro (VAT included) – reduced fee  for students < 30 years

- Fee: 140,00 euro (VAT included) for one-day auditor*

* it includes the participation to the congress works for one day and all the activities of the required day

Cancellation policies

The cancellations of the registration fees carried out before January 15th, 2012 will be reimbursed with a 150,00 Euro deduction for secretarial costs. The cancellations of the hotel accommodation package carried out before  January 15th, 2012 will be reimbursed with a 150,00 Euro deduction for secretarial costs.
After this date no reimbursements will be possible, unless the cancellation is for a visa problem. In this case 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed. Any reimbursement will be given at the end of the congress and will be realized by the bank transfer for which IBAN and SWIFT code are necessary. The reimbursements shall be net of all bank costs and commissions. Any eventual reimbursement will be given at the end of the congress and will be realised by the bank transfer for which IBAN and SWIFT code are necessary. In certain cases reimbursements by any other mean will be given; however, all the expenses of the transfer will be paid by the applicant. The Secretariat Office will charge € 25,00 for administrative and bank expenses.

For the participants that apply for visa: if the cancellation will arrive after January 31st, 2012, for a visa problem, 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed.

Insurance
The organizers bear no responsibility for untoward events in connection with, before, during and after the congress. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal and travel insurance coverage.
